Success without Expectations: The Healthy Approach to Life & Career
Speaker: Tamra Solvés
As humans we have expectations because they provide us with a sense of power and control, but what happens when our expectations are not met? We feel frustration, disappointment, bitterness and failure. Unfortunately, the pitfall of having rigid expectations limits our outcome and creates unnecessary turmoil.
Tamra Solvés will explain the benefits of pursuing life and goals with less control and inflexible expectations and more with openness and acceptance. She also will describe the importance of the mind-body connection and how your external world is a direct reflection of your internal world.
