PWN Global Launches Partnership with NASEBA in Dubai

PWN Global was delighted to take part in the 18th Women in Leadership Forum in Dubai at the end of October 2016.  Held under the theme of “The Future of Everything”, the 18th edition hosted and organised by Sophie le Ray, CEO of NASEBA and her team. Their continued passion and vision for advancing gender balance over the last 18 years resulted in an incredible Forum bringing together over 700 attendees, and a line-up of over 90 speakers to discuss issues of diversity, community, economic progress and social structure.

We heard from the game changers, future builders and story tellers who are breaking down barriers and challenging stereotypes, striving for a more inclusive future. Through workshops, panel discussions, talk shows and interactive activities, we learnt from each other, forged new connections, discovered new horizons, mingled with the youth and developed our skillset.

President of PWN Global, Sonya Richardson moderated the session on ‘What makes a company a great place for women to thrive?’ The panel presented best practices and strategies to successfully harness the potential of a diverse talent pool.

PWN Global’s presence at the WIL event was also the opportunity to formally launch our partnership with NASEBA to extend our global presence into Dubai. Sophie le Ray and PWN Global invited senior leaders to a round table discussion on how to advance gender balance in Dubai through collaboration and a mutual vision.

These senior leaders are now working locally, with the support of Sophie and our Executive Director, Wendy Mackey Jones to promote PWN Global in Dubai. The WIL Forum closed with a workshop facilitated by Sonya and Wendy, sharing and exploring how professional women in Dubai and the surrounding region can benefit from the services and opportunities PWN Global offer.
