PWN São Paulo: Welcome to Our New Co-Presidents

PWN São Paulo is delighted to announce the arrival of its two new Co-Presidents, Lina Nakata, data scientist at Great Place to Work, and Thays Aldrighe, entrepreneur in the business communication market.

Lina and Thays will continue to build the momentum of PWN in Brazil on the back of the solid foundations laid by former co-presidents Maria Tereza Gomes, and Bettina Zimmermann. The new co-presidents say "We have decided to lead the great work of PWN São Paulo because we understand that our contribution will continue to build solutions in opening the dialogue on balanced leadership within organizations in Brazil".

The new management team is passionate about continuing work in Brazil, strengthening the extablished strategic pillars of PWN São Paulo, including Balanced Leadership, Engaging Men, Mentoring, Entrepreneurship and their strong Events presence.

"We have the challenge of making these topics more and more relevant in order to attract more people to our mission. It is through our members that we have succeeded in creating a favorable environment within companies, so that female professionals have the opportunity to grow in their career as much as their male counterparts", they emphasize.

Additionally, PWN São Paulo has been concerned with bringing men into the debate, so that they can also contribute to the transformation that the labour market needs in order to show a more balanced corporate leadership. This brings more positive results and we are aiming at overcoming expectations.
