Congratulations to the Winners of Our Inaugural Event!

What an incredible night of celebration! So often, we read depressing news on how gender balance is slowly creeping forward - or worse still is in decline with ever growing gender pay and pension gaps! Thursday 10th October at the Intercontinetal Hotel in Dublin, Ireland, showed us that all is not doom and gloom - and that there are some incredible people in the world today, trail blazing best practice in gender balanced leadership.

The night was compered by RTE jounalist, Jackie Fox, and opened by Enterprise Ireland CEO, Julie Sinnamon. Both women did a fantastic job of reaffirming with the audience why this event matters - with Jackie recounting the many news stories that she has been involved in, and Julie giving us a personal history of the impact of growing up as one of ten (yes,10!!!!) sisters!

The final winners for each category in our inaugural 2019 event were announced - and are listed below (also available on www.pwnglobalawards.com) and in this video:

To quote Avivah - "If you want to go quickly, go it alone. If you want to go far, do it together!"  - and this uplifting celebration of what people are doing, right now, showed us all that together, we will go very very far.
