PWN Rome and Milan: InclusioneDonna

#InclusioneDonna is an Italian initiative currently being promoted by PWN Rome and PWN Milan. This "hashtag" represents 50 associations and thousands of women in Italy, who have a shared common vision to reduce the gender balance gap in Italy.

On behalf of all organisations in Italy, #InclusioneDonna wants to offer a spokesperson to get involved in decisions related to gender policies, in particular those aimed at favoring women's employment policies and women's representation, in any decision-making sphere. The ultimate goal is to co-create a social and economic model regulated by a more equitable gender balance.

On the 17th of October there will be a Press Conference where #InclusioneDonna will present their policy making proposal to the Italian Minister of Equal Opportunity. 

The event will kick off with a discussion panel with a representative from all involved parties and with the associations that have to date been involved in the project

Currently a local initiative, and the goal of our presidents, Anna Benini, President, PWN Rome and Roberta Toniolo, Co-President, PWN Milan dream that PWN Global will be able to leverage this work at a global level for even more impact.
