You're Invited: Participate in Mercer's When Women Thrive research by 1st November 2019

Firm supporters of PWN Global, Mercer, has launched the next generation of their signature When Women Thrive, Businesses Thrive research. To ensure that this  expansive next-generation update of their global study on gender equity in the workplace is once again a resounding success, we ask the PWN Community to participate by completing the survey.

Since its inauguration in 2014, this research has provided organisations around the world with compelling insights and action plans for accelerating their diversity, inclusion and equity strategies. 

 We're reaching out today to invite your organisation to participate in the survey by 1st November 2019. 

How to participate by 1st November 2019 deadline

Our next round of research will examine a variety of issues, such as: 

  • Engagement, Accountability and Leadership
  • Organisation Design and Governance
  • Equity and Pay Equity Commitments
  • Talent Practices and Career Development
  • Financial Wellness, Health and Caregiving
  • Organisational Flexibility
  • Policies & Programs
  • Workforce Data by Gender and Age (and Race/Ethnicity for select countries)

The survey takes up to 60-90 minutes to complete.
