PWN Global's Engaging Men Project Team Expands
We are happy to announce the addition of volunteer and PWN Frankfurt member, Bahar Dragan, to the PWN Global Engaging Men team. She is joining this team to support the development of the work we do and programs we are building in the Engaging Men area as our Global Project Co-ordinator. Bahar Dragan holds an Executive MBA degree from Sabanci University in collaboration with MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bogazici University.
Having worked as Internal Auditor at Akbank, a leading commercial bank with almost 1,000 branches and 15,000 employees, Bahar continues her career at Akbank AG in Frankfurt, with responsibility for credit management.
Bahar's mantra is "As courage and hope is contagious, collaboration is the key for a better world!" - so she is looking forward to really making a positive difference in her new volunteer role with PWN Global.
We are excited to be growing our team and for the new projects that we will be launching in 2020. Getting more professional men on board with PWN’s mission continues to be a priority for our association. The very essence of gender balanced leadership is that it has to have diversity of thought from women and men and so it is our goal to attract more men to get involved with our work, and learn how to comfortably ‘walk the talk’ in their respective work places.
If you'd like to get involved with our engaging men work, please be in touch to discuss how you can support our global efforts.
