Alicia Partee, PWN Norway

Each year, PWN Global invites all of its city network Presidents to an offsite strategy meeting. The meeting is always hosted in one of the locations of our city networks around the world. This year, we had the wonderful opportunity to host its annual offsite event in the stunning city of Oslo, and what made it more exciting was the fact that we did it in the midst of the vibrancy of Oslo Innovation Week. 

When we do these events, having an on-the-ground support network is vital and this year's event saw Alicia Partee, President of PWN Norway, take a very strong lead.

Not only did Alicia manage to host her city network's biggest event of the year, a session that formed part of the Oslo Innovation Week, but she also made time to organise many of the logistics required for a successful two day strategy meeting at Oslo Innovation Hub. And all that as a volunteer, whilst holding down her day job (Family Therapist with Fountain of Hope) and managing her family life (four children!!!). 

I asked former PWN Norway President and current VP New Networks with PWN Global, Bente Fjeldberg, what it was like to work with Alicia on a day to day basis, here's what she said,
