Amazon Signs An Annual Agreement with PWN Global

Amazon and PWN Global have signed yearlong a partnership agreement to work together in 2018. Amazon is giving a laser focus to attracting and retaining more women across all levels. The goal of the partnership is to create a gender-balanced environment providing opportunities for all to thrive.

Amazon has hundreds of millions of customers who benefit from diversity of thought. They are a company of builders who bring varying backgrounds, ideas, and points of view to decisions and inventing on behalf of our customers. Their diverse perspectives come from many sources including gender, race, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, culture, education, as well as professional and life experience. They are working to develop leaders and shape future talent pools to help meet the needs of their customers around the world.

They believe that diversity and inclusion are good for their business, but their commitment is based on something more fundamental than that. It's simply right. Amazon has always been, and always will be, committed to tolerance and diversity. These are enduring values for the company, which are reflected in their Leadership Principles, and nothing will change that. As they invest in global programs to accelerate their progress, they want to share some of their actions.

Amazon encourages diverse talent to break traditional molds and to explore, collaborate and create impact through innovation in Operations and Logistics. There are already many programs in place to sustain careers in a changing world and to support reconciliation between work, family and private life.

Amazon believes in attracting the and developing talented women who seek to apply their skills and grow their careers with operations, to make an impact in Amazon and the future of Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and Transportation and all its encompassing elements.
