Last year, Citi became the first US bank to disclose its gender pay gap analysis and take action to close it. Last week, Oracle became just another company to refuse to address it. Oracle, in an SEC filing, said the company sees no benefit to conducting gender pay gap analysis. Oracle's board contends that to do so would be costly, time-consuming, and would not lead to meaningful changes anyway.
