WHAT IS IT?
The Women's Mentorship Program in Copenhagen is an empowering initiative designed specifically for women, by women. This 12-week program focuses on mentorship, professional growth, and networking. Mentees are at the heart of this journey, steering the direction and maximizing resources with individual ambition fueled by collective support.

MENTORSHIP AREAS
Whether you aim to advance in your current role, launch a business, switch fields, or achieve work-life balance, this program is tailored for your career growth.

MENTORS AND EXPERTISE
Our mentors bring expertise in entrepreneurship, technology, marketing, human resources, and finance, guiding you on your unique path to success.

PROGRAM FEE
The program fee varies for members and non-members. Becoming a member is recommended for a discounted rate. Register online to begin your growth and leadership journey.

BENEFITS AND RESOURCES
Participants gain insights, develop leadership skills, expand networks, and connect with an empowering community. Support includes ongoing mentorship, access to resources, and post-program follow-up or volunteering opportunities.

TIMING AND COMMITMENT
The program requires a weekly commitment of approximately 5-6 hours, including mentor calls every two weeks and two additional activities per month.

HYBRID MODEL
Combining live online sessions with occasional in-person meetups in Copenhagen, the hybrid model offers flexibility while fostering a strong sense of community.

SELECTION CRITERIA
We select mentees based on their clarity of personal goals and readiness to act. We seek those who know what they want and are prepared to work towards it.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Applications close on Feb 17th, 2025 with notifications at the end of Feb. Acceptance and payment must be completed within three days of the offer, and the program begins mid-March 2025. 


PROGRAM STRUCTURE & CONTENT
The program offers a blend of one-on-one mentorship, peer mentoring, group coaching, and special events. This combination creates a robust network and supportive sisterhood committed to growth, resilience, and collaboration. Here’s an outline of what to expect:

KICK-OFF CALL FOR MINDSET SETTING
Start with a growth-focused mindset, aligning aspirations with actionable goals to set a constructive foundation for your mentorship journey.

ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING
Mentees are paired with experienced women mentors for six personalized sessions every two weeks, lasting 50 minutes each. These sessions offer targeted guidance, helping mentees set goals, overcome obstacles, and build a lasting career legacy.

GOAL SETTING SESSION
In your initial one-on-one session, break down career aspirations into achievable steps to tailor your mentorship journey.

PEER MENTORING & GROUP COACHING
Engage in collaborative learning with other mentees through group coaching and peer mentoring sessions. Each session focuses on key topics:
- Building and Leveraging Networks: Learn networking strategies, share experiences, and understand how to leverage networks for career advancement.
- Personal Branding and Visibility: Explore strategies to enhance personal branding and visibility, which are crucial for career opportunities.
- Emotional Intelligence and Workplace Relationships: Gain insights into emotional intelligence as a factor in career success, and share strategies for managing workplace relationships.

MENTEE CHECK-INS
Two check-in sessions provide opportunities to review progress, celebrate achievements, address challenges, and refine goals.

HUMANITY TILES® WORKSHOP
Engage in a unique workshop to align emotions, thoughts, and behaviors with your career goals, fostering self-awareness and clarity on your journey.

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
Attend special events to meet like-minded professionals and industry leaders. The program includes an Opening Event Meet-up for initial networking, refreshments, and an introduction to the program calendar, and a Closing Event to celebrate achievements, reflect on the journey, and provide feedback.
