The PWN Lisbon Neuroleadership Program is a comprehensive journey that blends neuroscience, leadership, and practical strategies to enhance your purpose, collaboration, and overall career success.
This program is structured into two key stages: Foundations and Advanced, offering 6 modules designed to suit different leadership development needs.
Foundations (Modules 1-3): These modules provide a solid base for understanding leadership in today's fast-paced, digital world.
From December 5th, 2024 to March 15th, 2025 (with a two weeks break between Christmas and New Year)
Advanced (Modules 4-6): These modules build on the foundations, diving deeper into more specialized areas of leadership and personal development.
From March 20th, 2025 to Jun 12th, 2025
With insights from neuroscience, psychology, and neurobehavioral medicine, this program helps you cultivate leadership behaviors that are adaptable and informed by the latest research on the brain, mind, and body connection.
APPLICATION: There is a unique application period for the 2024/2025 edition.
Mentoring is recognised as cost-effective and impactful way to prepare future business leaders. In the past years 60% of people who participated in a PWN mentoring programme have gone on to achieve their life change goal, including promotions and career changes. This could be the start of the rest of your life!
They have the support of a team that accompanies the pair as needed and organizes get-togethers aimed at networking and sharing. The program has grown significantly given its result orientation and mentors report that learning is mutual.
PWN Lisbon’s mentoring program pairs together mentees, PWN members, with mentors who are references in their areas.
The program is designed for three different segments of seniority, from board-ready women to those taking their first steps in their professional career.
