The times we live in are challenging due to constant changes and uncertainties; however, we know that women, with their perseverance, are able to lead with excellence, from the family sphere to managing large organizations. In Angola, we have observed an increasing number of women in management positions, both in private and governmental organizations, though we are still far from achieving parity. PWN Luanda's mission is to inspire, mobilize, and train future leaders, contributing to increased representation and parity within organizations. We are aware of the challenge, yet we are proud to be part of this movement, contributing to a future where everyone has equal opportunities, regardless of gender. We aim to work with organizations as a reference partner for diversity and equity, presenting internationally recognized best practices through mentoring, leadership, entrepreneurship programs, and sharing experiences through models of excellence.
