Women in Leadership Programme

The "WIN – Women in Leadership" program provides the curriculum, tools, and techniques for you to become a catalyst for positive change and equity within your organization. Empower yourself to take risks and, in doing so, to promote yourself, your team, and your organization in the face of adversity. More and more women are taking on leadership roles. However, there is still a long journey ahead to achieve equity. To reach this goal, it is essential for all of us to become aware of gender equity and deepen our understanding of leadership fundamentals. It's time to break down barriers.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Aspiring Leaders – those who need to identify the skills required for successful leadership and how to put them into practice;
Managers – those who wish to better understand the unique challenges women face in organizations and business, in order to make a difference in the area of equity;
CEOs and Senior Executives – those who seek to take action to promote merit-based and equitable growth within their organization;
Corporate Professionals – those developing their leadership approach, public presentation skills, teamwork, and transformational leadership. NOT ONLY FOR WOMEN, BUT ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN.

PROGRAMME GOALS

Drive
Promote participants' professional growth by developing an individual plan aimed at achieving desired career goals and encouraging advancement into leadership roles. **STRENGTHEN** Enhance management, leadership, and team management skills, reinforcing competencies in these areas. Participants will experience and understand how to maximize individual talent, teamwork, and a sense of belonging.

Develop
Improve communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders. 

Lead
View the company as a whole, understanding its strategy, new business models, and main transformation drivers (e.g., digitalization, sustainability).

Enhance
Expand participants' relationship ecosystem by creating, strengthening, and promoting personal and professional relationships, not only within the program environment (among participants and instructors) but also by building networks that enable connections between participants, experts, companies, and business leaders.

  Requirement*
- Be a Member - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education level 
 - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience - Currently holding a middle management position 
 - English proficiency (B2 level) A letter of support from the current employer
