Joana Garoupa is a Portuguese executive with over 25 years of experience in marketing and communication for major brands, both in international and multinational contexts, having collaborated with companies such as DDB, McCann, Publicis, Siemens, Galp, and Omnicom Media Group, among others. Recognized for her disruptive spirit, she is now focusing her talent on significant challenges related to Corporate Culture and Sustainability.
In 2022, she launched the book "Survival Manual for the Corporate World" in Portugal and Brazil, and she is currently the general director of Garoupa INC, a communication agency focused on ESG topics. Additionally, she teaches communication at various universities, such as Católica Business School in Porto, IADE, and ISLA. She is also a frequent speaker at events about the business world, where she encourages everyone to make the most of opportunities and themselves.
