Israel Campos - Journalist Bio: Meet Israel Campos: an Angolan journalist born in Luanda and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership at the Catholic University of Portugal. Starting his communication career at the age of 12, he works as a freelancer for Voice of America and the BBC, covering topics such as the environment and society in Angola. Author of the novel "And the Sky Changed Color," he participated in the "Correntes D'Escritas 2023" in Portugal. He is also part of the Portuguese president's youth think tank "The Future Has Already Begun" and has taken part in training programs on misinformation in Romania and Mozambique. Internationally recognized, he has won awards such as the EU GCCA+ Youth Awards and was honored at the Afrodescendants Gala in Zurich, Switzerland.
