PWN Lyon President

Christine REVERCHON-MASCLET

Enthusiastic and passionate, Christine is a stimulating catalyst to help you identify and develop your talents and deepen your leadership potential . Christine returned to France in 2013, after more than 20 years working internationally for a Fortune 500 company as Head of Talent & Commercial Education EMEA and started her own company to develop talents both in France & internationally. Christine has been active in women’s leadership development and actively involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives since 2000, with international mentoring programs and motivational speeches in EMEA. She joined PWN Lyon in 2014 and launched the Mentoring Program in 2015. After being VP mentoring during a few years, she was elected President of PWN Lyon in 2021 Lyon.

Sandrine TILLY

Sandrine, a graduate from the École des Mines, served as an IT project director before gradually moving towards management and change facilitation within a major telecommunications company. In 2018, she decided to make a career change and became a wealth manager and trainer. Her passion for human relations led her to become involved in various associations over the years. In 2020, she joined the PWN association to manage event organization. She currently holds the position of secretary-general of the association.

VP Communication & Partnership

Corinne BENE-BRAGARD

As founding director of a BtoB communication agency for the past 20 years, I help private organizations (public and non-profit) to design their communication strategies and create BtoB events.
My areas of expertise: health-pharma-biotech, transport-mobility, energy, higher education.
For many years, I have been a part-time lecturer in Masters programs in the fields of pharma and transport. In 2023, I took over the pedagogical direction of the « Events » MBA at EFAP Lyon.
My involvement on the board of PWN Lyon as VP Communication & Partnership since 2019 enables me to help advance our cause and help our members develop their leadership, networking and influence strategies.

Isabelle VAN EYSEREN

Isabelle is a consultant managing change for companies during their digital transformation. After a PhD in Neurosciences, she decided to give another direction to her carrier and started to accompany enterprise employees in their IT enablement. She transitions to change manager for ERP and IS Systems. Energic, volunteer and passionate about people, Isabelle drives her customers with enthusiasm to make IT Transformation a success from the human side of the change. Isabelle is engaged as a volunteer in different non-profit organizations. She joined PWN Lyon in 2012 and became the manager of the website in 2014.

Delphine DELEGUE

With 19 years' experience in the corporate communications and events sector (agencies, trade fairs, Software firm) and 7 years in the higher education sector, Delphine has chosen this year to take a professional break and put her skills at the service of companies and organisations on a freelance basis. Her involvement on the PWN Lyon Board of Directors as VP Event enables her to raise the profile of our network in Lyon by proposing a variety of themes related to the professional and personal development of our members at our monthly evenings.

Tandemw Program Director

Elsa MILLOT

Elsa Millot joined PWN Lyon in 2017. Since 2021, she is leading PWN mixity incubator Tandemw. Tandemw’s ambition is to experiment gender balance leadership with no small talks”. Cosmopolitan by adoption, Elsa Millot has worked with 45 nationalities, and lived in Europe and Latin America. She is a strong advocate in gender balance, interculturality and talent singularities to foster collective dynamic ‘s performance. Her 20 years’ experience in change management , people development communication, in international companies in transports, industries and service field, brings pragmatism and interculturality to her 3 activities : Assessment Centre Executive coaching & team building Leadership Program & Workshops After Master Degree in Political Science and HR, Elsa has certified Coach&Team, e-codev viti-coaching, DISC, MBTI and 360° Odyssée. Her approach favours experimentation, ownership and creativity.

Cécile DUPETIT

After an Engineer degree in IT Science, Cecile has been working in IT business in various position, the last one being to drive the digital transformation and the IT architecture of applications portfolio supporting R&D capabilities in automotive industry. The values that guide Cecile: Trust, Respect, Transparency, Responsibility, Integrity, Reliability Convinced of the importance to have more women in leadership positions, Cecile has joined PWN in November 2007. She has been VP Treasurer for PWN Lyon during 8 years from 2016 to 2023 and she is now member of the extended board to support the VP Finance (Treasurer) and VP Membership. Enthusiasm for the environment, biodiversity and a better world for people, Cecile is also engaged in different organization as the Climate Fresk and evaluator for Team For the Planet.

Virginie JOLIVET

25 years of experience in Industry as Global Manager in Operational Excellence and Quality in Automotive and luxury sectors; Virginie likes working on new projects and lead transformation to improve efficiency. Team spirit and curiosity were the first motivations to join PWN in 2019. She is now involved in organization of Lyon events to promote diversity and develop women competences. Involving all generations is very important in our events. It is key to adjust our messages and strategy in order to build with all generations, a better future for women and men working together in leadership positions.

Delphine FOLLIET

Delphine Folliet is the founder of L’école du leadership, a training organization dedicated to women who wish to build the professional life they aspire to. A Franco-Canadian, she worked in Montreal for ten years in executive positions in the fields of event management, online news media, and publishing. Delphine is also a novelist.
