Mary-Blair, an ICF-certified coach since 2018, specializes in helping individuals in organizations and non-profits shift mental models and adopt new strategies for growth. She also supports the infertility and donor conception communities through workshops and group facilitation. Previously, she spent 12 years in corporate HR at international Norwegian companies, managing global teams, processes, and systems. Passionate about sustainable leadership, she advocates for inclusive, productive workplaces where individuals can bring their whole selves to work. Currently, she serves as the Communications Director on the board of ICF Norway.
