Glass Ceiling is a newly written play focusing on gender equality in business. At a time when only 18.6% of Danish companies with more than 50 employees have women on their boards, the play's theme is highly relevant. Through an entertaining and thought-provoking narrative, the play opens up important dialogue about the structural and cultural barriers that still exist in management. The intimate staging creates an intense experience where the audience become witnesses to the drama mere centimetres from the actors.

Production THE TEAM

The production brings together an experienced team: Irish playwright Fergal O'Byrne (script) and English director Barry McKenna ensure the international dimension.
On stage, we see Claus Bue and Maja Muhlack, whose different ages and backgrounds contribute to the play's credibility.
The team recently demonstrated their high artistic level with the production of The Light (2024), which was approved by the Danish Arts Foundation, awarded 4 stars by Ulla Strømberg (Kulturkupeen) and nominated for two CPH Theatre Awards.
