Glass Ceiling is a newly written play focusing on gender equality in business. At a time when only 18.6% of Danish companies with more than 50 employees have women on their boards, the play's theme is highly relevant. Through an entertaining and thought-provoking narrative, the play opens up important dialogue about the structural and cultural barriers that still exist in management.
