PWN Warsaw: Cross the Borders and Boost Your Career

Achieve your goals and boost your career with PWN’s International Mentoring Program!

PWN Warsaw has initiated an International Mentoring Program. The goal is to launch a global pool of international mentors to be available for all members (women and men) across the PWN Global network.

 President of PWN Warsaw, Jowita Bukowinska idea behind the initiative was twofold: "We volunteered to start the program for two reasons: to leverage potential which we have as a global network and to address the needs of our members in development of their international careers. "

If you plan to develop your career and benefit from the experience of international mentors this program is for you!

Why International Mentoring?

The International Mentoring Program (IMP) supports global managers and future leaders in their career development with a focus on international actions and global markets. 

Mentees will have an opportunity to be paired with mentors from a different economic, social and cultural environment. This will allow mentors and mentees to move out of their comfort zones and look at their professional goals from a completely different perspective. 

Our International Mentoring Program:

• will be complementary to PWN city networks’ local mentoring programs 
• will promote values and best practices among members with diverse professional backgrounds
• will leverage talents and opportunities throughout the network.

Launch and Details

The program launch took place on January 4, 2017 supported by two guest speakers and international mentors: Bozena Lesniewska, Board Member of Orange Polska and Dr Dayner Azzellino, Action Group Business Director.

The program will run with quarterly recruitment drives, with cut off dates in 2017, of:  

• 15 March 2017 pilot
• 15 June
• 15 September
• 15 December

More information about the international mentors will be provided on the PWN Global web site in due course and overall patronage for the program is provided by Lorraine Tilbury, VP Mentoring PWN Global, who says:
