Striving Despite the Pandemic: Strategising for the Future

Catherine Chan is a Hong Kong-based operations and risk professional with a 15-year career in the aviation sector. Currently a Group Safety Manager at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), she actively supports the industry through the pandemic by helping airlines to navigate through the crisis. Catherine has strong interest in women’s issues, diversity and volunteerism. She is also a mother to two young children. On Catherine’s bucket list for the next 18 months? Graduating with an Executive MBA from INSEAD, as she sees this as the best time to learn, to share best practices on how to survive through a downturn and strategise like a futurist. Read her inspiring blog post to learn more about her journey, and what motivated her to take this step despite the widespread uncertainty globally, as well as in her hometown Hong Kong.

If you are interested in the INSEAD Executive MBA and would like to discuss the programme and your profile in more detail, you can reach out directly to the INSEAD team.
