PWN Madrid: Learning Workshop Series Resumes

As of November 2020, PWN Madrid will resume its Learning Workshop Series (LWS). In the face of the global pandemic, PWN Madrid, as with all of our City Networks around the world has made an agile switch to online delivery. It's truly breath taking to see the passion and commitment that our volunteers have put into making this transition, at a time when nearly all of them are also navigating immense changes in their own day jobs and life in general. 

The LSW are monthly training sessions that will be conducted in a webinar format, hosted by first-rate, expert speakers.

Various topics will be addressed with extensive content provided. These interactive sessions will encorage particpation from all registrants and thhey and  currently free for PWN members. If you're not yet a member of a PWN city network and you would like to test the quality of our content, you can join us for a small fee of €20.

The next session is on the theme of “Unlocking the power of inclusion: How to lead and act inclusively for more meaningful interactions, better employee performance and higher engagement”. It will take place on Wednesday 11th November 19:00 (CET).

During the session, we will discover how to create a more inclusive workplace for more engaged teams where all voices and insights are heard. Sophie Standke, International Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager with Beam-Suntory, will teach us how to improve group decision-making, create psychological safety & focus on active listening and apply key traits of inclusive leadership.
