We have four people joining us and they will each be building teams to deliver their mandates. Here is some more information about each of them, and how you can get in touch if you are interested in getting involved with their respective projects.

Emmanuelle, why you have chosen to support the running of PWN Global?

I have been a sponsor and mentor in DE&I for more than 10 years with the opportunity to drive many initiatives. My experience as an executive in tech is about transformation and I know change always starts with awareness, enablement, and sponsorship from the top. I felt the need to share my knowledge and use my energy and commitment to advance women 's leadership, and have an impact outside the corporate walls. This is why I decided to join PWN Global to drive the global programme offering.

Can you give us a short background on you and your professional/personal activities?

I am a General Manager in Tech in B2B for the industry. My scope of responsibility is driving business across EMEA working for a Norwegian unicorn, after spending 25 years in a US global company. I like to transform and drive, and manage with care. I am a certified board member, committed to help boards on DE&I. As a Yoga practioner I enjoy sport and personal development.

What you would like to help PWN achieve?

International programmess provide a platform of development for our members in addition to City Networks programmes, like International Mentoring, Women on Boards, Global Career Development, Entrepreneurship, and so on. Some local programmes are so great that they could be elevated for the global community. Global programmes can also help PWN grow by attracting new individual and corporate members. I want to help PWN Global continue to grow with a sustainable, high-quality suite of relevant programmes.

What's your top tip for women in their professional lives?

Monica Santiago, Global Head of Sustainability and Engaging Men

Monica, why you have chosen to support the running of PWN Global?

Having founded and served as President of PWN Lisbon, I have joined the PWN Global team in order to serve our city networks and members, at an international level. I believe by working in this international environment I can connect the dots: supporting city networks to become stronger; bringing consistency to our membership experience; and finding sustainable ways to build a male membership base, because men need to be part of this conversation.

Can you give us a short background on you and your professional/personal activities?

I have spent 25 years in Employee Benefits and Pensions , running Businesses in Europe. I have also 10 years experience working in Real Estate as an investor and consultant. I love to dance - the Samba is in my blood!

What you would like to help PWN achieve?

I want to help the world have more gender-balanced leadership. I want to assure the a future of full of young successful women who are able to fulfill their potential as easily as their male counterparts. I want to include men in the conversation and support them in being able to stand up for gender-balanced leadership without stigma.

What's your top tip for women in their professional lives?

Be brave; work hard; make work-life balance a priority.

I am an Underwriter and Executive Head, with over 26 years of experience working in the Financial Lines sector of the Insurance industry. I am proud to have encouraged, mentored and sponsored many leading figures in the insurance industry today.

What you would like to help PWN achieve?

In my mandate, I wish to grow PWN's membership base by bringing on board volunteers who are driven to create positive change. In the future, I also hope to assist PWN in forming a new city network in my home country, South Africa, which will result in a greater footprint for PWN on the African continent

Aylin Bumin, Global Head of Marketing and CommunicationsAylin, why you have chosen to support the running of PWN Global?

I joined PWN Global as I am a true believer of diversity, equity and inclusion and it is a privilege to work part of a network that works on creating a gender-balanced world. I would like to increase our brand awareness around PWN brand and grow our impact globally.

Can you give us a short background on you and your professional/personal activities?

I am the Marketing & Communications leader for Lineage Logistics in Europe. My career started as industrial engineer and has evolved into marketing, where my passion lies. With over 19 years of experience, I have worked with multinational companies such as Legrand, Renault Trucks, UPS, ManpowerGroup, and Lineage in various country and regional responsibilities in Turkey, Italy, and the Netherlands. Two relocations and my passion for languages and cultures helped me become multi-lingual (Turkish, English, French, Italian and Dutch). My other passion is promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and I have contributed to several projects in this field. I live in The Hague with my husband and 9-year-old son.

What you would like to help PWN achieve?

My aim is to elevate the profile of PWN and expand its reach on a global scale. I am committed to increasing PWN’s brand awareness by developing innovative marketing strategies and implementing effective communication channels. By doing so, I hope to enhance PWN's visibility in the professional community and showcase the incredible work that the organization does. Through this approach, I believe we can significantly increase PWN's impact by attracting more members, partners and supporters, thereby creating a more diverse and inclusive community where everyone can thrive.
