Programme Updates

The first edition of International Mentoring Programme led by PWN Global's  Executive Lead for the Mentoring Programme, Christine Gallaire and Mentoring Project Manager, Maria Gomez is well underway, with mentors and mentees across the world paired and working together.

The International Mentoring Programme aims to support female members of PWN, at all levels of their career, to find their ways to progress; develop their leadership and decision-making skills; and embrace their growth in an international environment.

We will debrief and share the learnings during fall and prepare the next edition.

Women on Boards Programme

PWN Global is comlitted to deliver significant impact on gender-balanced leadership in the board of directors space. To this extent, we are glad to announce a new programme of work : Women on Boards.

The PWN Global Women on Boards programme aims to develop executive women, international-profiled members of PWN Global, to find credible succes in becoming/being a board member (with special recognition of the nuances of being an executive and being a fully-fledged Board member).

Our aim is to create a platform for future or existing Board Members to :

  1. Be prepared to bring real value to a Board role
  2. Learn to continuously grow and perform competently in a Board role
  3. Connect and build a network that will give visibility of opportunities to enter available Board roles

Jeanne Christensen has been appointed as Global Executive Lead for this programme, and we are seeking for volunteers to help : webinar lead, education lead, network lead. If you are interested in supporting the working group of this interesting global programme, please get in touch

Jeanne Christensen, Women On Boards, Global Executive Lead, PWN Global"After 30 years in various international sales and marketing positions around Europe, I have started a full-time NED career 2 years ago. The process to get there was a discovery voyage and I would like to contribute to make it more straightforward to other women.  Because we are needed out there and should help each other as much as possible."
