Iberdrola Commits to Gender-Balanced Leadership in Europe

Another great example of how our PWN Global community works: Originally a corporate partner with PWN Rome, we’re delighted to announce that Iberdrola has extended its partnership to Madrid, Paris and Lisbon.

Iberdrola is a multinational company which promotes energy transition around the world, with women leaders who will contribute to the PWN mission, while strengthening and empowering themselves. The agreement was signed as part of Iberdrola’s international Diversity and Inclusion Plan, aimed at professionals in their business.

The new partnership has been several months in the making to ensure that the PWN community fully understood the needs of Iberdrola and how to best support them in their chosen locations.

Iberdrola and PWN Multi-City PartnershipWe will continue working to extend the relationship with Iberdrola to even more PWN city-networks, not only in Europe but also in the rest of the world. As of today, conversations have already started between the company and other PWN city-networks, London and Sao Paulo. We hope this is the start of many more local collaborations!

PWN continues to leverage a global and local presence to fine tune our partnership model, in an effort to support many other multinational companies committed to the development of women’s leadership.

Maybe your organisation could become the next multi city-network corporate partner? If you’d like to find out more, get in touch, and we can start work on understanding your specific needs and how we can help you.

PWN Madrid, would like to thank Iberdrola’s executives Ester Camara, and Nuria del Aguila, for your hard work and encouragement to make this agreement possible. Thanks also all our colleagues of different countries, and the PWN Global team for their support.

Finally, thanks to all the members that make PWN stronger by participating in our associative activities, and, of course, thanks to all the volunteers that work together in the building of a better world.
