Marga Martinez, PWN Barcelona member responds: "In my opinion, technology offers the flexibility many women need to conciliate work with other aspects of life. It is also immediate and handy when it comes to start a business. I think technology will promote equanimity and also provide equal chances to women in business. "
Events like Hack_D_Gap and Women4Tech support gender balance initiatives in the tech industry. Hack_D_Gap is a global challenge aimed at startups and/or individuals eager to create innovative solutions, products or services that drive gender diversity and gender equality in the tech industry.
