Decision Making Biases

We all have a similar experience successfully navigating the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world. It feels like our established behavioural patterns do not match anymore and urge us to explore this unknown territory. In this scenario, it's useful to understand the kind of skills helping us embrace the unknown, make good decisions in that new environment, and make those decisions happen. The World Economic Forum already identified the top 10 skills needed. Amongst them for better decision making: Analytical and critical thinking Complex problem solving System analysis and evaluation Skills like these all have the same root: the connection of western sciences with eastern sciences. We will combine both practical sciences and learningsnin this session. You will take from this webinar the powerful tools to make better decisions for yourself and your company. Learning about yourself better is the key to influence others with positive intention. The high-end art of decision engineering is to influence with integrity. That way, you get closer to make better decisions and make those decisions happen. Listen to this session with Sonja Lang to find our more.
