Why IDEAL? A New Approach to D&I to improve Wellbeing at Work

Traditional approaches to D&I have not born the fruit they promised as they have not managed to capitalise on their diverse workforce and make employees feel they belong and are appreciated in their workplace. Research has shown that most companies are using the same approaches they have used since the 1960s favouring a classic unconscious assimilation approach to diversity.
