Six years later she's still living with some of the consequences, and has dedicated much of her time to researching stress and burnout. In addition to her HR qualifications she has qualified as a Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and trained in Neuroscience to help spread the word about how to avoid burnout before it's too late.
