A programme designed to help women align their leadership styles with their core values and a greater purpose. Registration for the 2024 cohort has ended, but stay tuned for next year's programme.
Our new mentorship program is now open, designed to give you the personalised support needed to achieve your goals and explore how you can maximise your skills to boost your confidence, development and career. This program offers an extensive opportunity to engage one to one with one of our skilled and specialist mentors, as well as participating in a range of online workshops, leaving you with a fully immersed professional development plan and guidance for the future.
The program will run over a three-to-four-month period from 25th Maqrch, and includes:
- 6 x one to one session with a skills-based mentor
- 6 x online workshops covering the following topics including leadership and management, conflict resolution, high performing individuals and fear conditioning, negotiation, power of influence and financial wellbeing.
