At PWN London, we are committed to providing our members and event participants with clear and transparent information regarding payments, fees, refunds, and cancellations. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the payment of membership fees, event bookings, and related services. By registering as a member or booking an event, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before proceeding with any payments. Membership Payments
- Payment for membership is required at the time of registration. The term of membership is twelve (12) months from registration.
- Upon expiry of a member's PWN London membership, the member must renew their PWN London membership paying the applicable membership fee for the next applicable twelve (12) month term otherwise PWN London membership will be terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Membership Fees Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the Membership Team. All fees are payable in GBP (£). For more information, please contact membership@pwnlondon.com.
Event Fees: Booking terms on external websites (such as Eventbrite) shall apply. Please note that all fees for PWN London events are payable in GBP (£), unless otherwise stated on the booking platform. Please refer to the booking terms provided in any such payment website.
Event Cancellations and Refunds PWN London events (not booked via Eventbrite):
- If an event is canceled by PWN London or its affiliate, the fees will be refunded in full within 10 working days.
- If you wish to cancel your booking for a PWN London event, you must do so with ten (10) working days' notice prior to the event date for a full refund. No refund shall be due after this time.
PWN London events booked via Eventbrite:
- Booking fees on Eventbrite are non-refundable. Refunds on this platform are solely at our discretion.
Transaction Processing Fees:
- Refunds will account for transaction processing fees, capped at 3% of the transaction value. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within ten (10) working days.
In the event of any disputes arising from payments, fees, refunds, or cancellations, PWN London encourages members and event participants to contact us directly at events@pwnlondon.com to seek an amicable resolution. We are committed to addressing and resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
VAT All charges presented for PWN London memberships and events are exclusive of VAT and are payable in GBP (£).
