Spring has sprung!
Dear members,
dear friends, and dear supporters of the PWN community,
We're only in April, and 2024 is already proving
to be a year of renewal and new impetus for our international PWN
network.
The PWN Global Summit, that took place in
Strasbourg on 8 March was a great success, with almost 300 people in
attendance and several thousand shares across our various social
networks. Our prestigious guests, both present and via video, underlined the
strength and high quality of our network. And we're all proud of
it.

PWN Global Leadership Programmes
Season two of the International Mentoring Programme has
launched, and we are delighted to annouce that our Women on Boards
programme will be launching at the start of next month - May
2024.
We are really excited to present this amazing new
opportunity to established or aspiring Non-Executive Directors, in our
network, to help them prepare for or refine their Board-readiness. You
can read more in the story below, or keep an eye on the landing page for information of
the Programme launch.
The New Platform is Coming....
We are currently hard at work preparing the new
platform and creating a mobile app - but concretely, what does this
mean for you?
The new platform we have chosen is going to lead
to a complete revamp of all our public-facing websites around the
world, to strengthen our brand cohesiveness and visibility; on the
membership side of things, we are cretaing a community-driven
environment. This will make it easier for you to: pick and choose the
content and themes that you see; easily network thanks to our newly
developed App; tailor the people and groups that you want to engage
with; and easily book events that will generate a diary invite!!!
We believe that this new platform, that underpins
our network's existence, will enable us to drive our visibility,
welcome more new members and partners from around the world, and
ultimately speed up the advancement of gender-balanced
leadership.
Partnerships to Advance Gender-Balanced Leadership
If your company has a gender-equality programme,
we'd love to connect with them
regarding possible partnerships, and cross-pollination of ideas. Our
partnerships exist at a local city level, multi-city level and global
level. Whether you are an SME or a worldwide corporation, we have
partnerships to fit all budgets.
We are currently in discussions with
other potential city networks, to broaden PWN's reach further into
Africa, and into Asia... we'll keep you posted on progress later in
the year. If your company would like to help us establish a new PWN
city network in a city or country, that is strategically important to
you, we'd love
to hear from you.
We believe in the strength of networking,
and the PWN network, with its international dimension and
professionalism, is one of the leading gender-balance focused networks
in the world.
We are happy to continue our progress: members
and friends, women and men, all together.
