PWN Romania: Women Get Together on Neuroscience in Management

We invite you to an interactive workshop about Neuroscience in Management with Magda Niculescu - executive coach and business consultant.

We are going to talk about how do we deal with aggressiveness, with resistance to feed-back and to change, with lack of engagement and discuss about psychology -as the main science that can offer structure to human dynamics in general and in business specifically, and how it is lately catching up fast as a science through the development of neurosciences and observation of the brain via modern technology.

This workshop sheds light on key mechanism of brain functioning and shows how understanding them can smoothly help to solve the everlasting conundrums of managing change, engagement and conflict.
