The theory of Positive Organizations represents the last frontier of organizational evolution and aims at pragmatically integrating methods and practices to make those living, complex and adaptive systems called organizations flourish.
The goal of the webinar is to provide an overview of the principles, theoretical references and some practical advice for building and managing positive organizations through the analysis of their four main dimensions. The control of these aspects requires specific skills, including Self Science, a fundamental element for all those who find themselves in top management roles within organizations.
During the webinar, the founding principles of the Self Science model will be illustrated – intending it as a method of development centred on being that helps people discover and enhance their inner strength so as to live a life in alignment with their most authentic self, in a sustainable way.
The importance of full and effective participation of women in the creation and management of modern “happy” organizations in the political and economic field will be emphasized. In particular, an explanation will be provided of the reason why a “positive” female leader should be concerned with training self-awareness and self-worth, strengthening and exercising self-esteem, self-governance and self-fulfillment at work as well as in her family and social life.
