PWN Norway Webinar: Why self-awareness is important to succeed

Statistically, it may seem that most of us score low on self-awareness. We simply struggle to see ourselves. We do not always know how we affect others and we do not always understand why we end up in undesirable situations. Being curious about how we influence others can therefore be a resource in relationships, which in turn can contribute to good interpersonal relationships both privately and at work.
