State Street Invites PWN Dublin: Resilience for Sustainable Performance Masterclass

State Street Ireland Professional Women’s Network is extending an invite to 15 people from the PWN Dublin community, to join them at the 'Resilience for Sustainable Performance' Breakfast Masterclass. The event will be presented by former PWN Dublin and PWN Global President, Carina Furlong, on behalf of Talking Talent, at the State Street Dublin offices on Thursday 25th May 2023.

Time is finite, as is our energy.  The myth of ‘Having it all’ provides additional pressure for leaders and managers against the reality that most people from time to time experience periods of feeling exhausted or out of balance, with guilt about all that has not been done being a common side effect.  

This session will explore how to actively develop your resilience for the betterment of a sustainable career, ability to cope under stress and pressure, and healthy work-life balance.

• Reflection on 5 resilience strategies
• Action planning to improve your resilience
