In this 75min Lunch & Learn Session hosted by PWN Netherlands Premium member Alison Mitchel, we will take a look into the theory and practice behind strengths development. The session will be interactive, with group and individual activities. You’ll take away an accompanying workbook that you can use to carry on the work after the session.

During the session we will –

• Find out what happens when you focus on what you do best
• Discover clues to your innate talents
• Get tips on how you can grow your talents into strengths
• Dive into and discuss some of the research surrounding strengths, well-being and engagement

The session focuses on the general concepts of talent discovery and strengths building, however, through sharing a case study, you will also discover more about strengths assessments and the potential benefits to your personal and professional life.

Alison Mitchell is a high-impact leadership and career coach. After a fulfilling 30-year career in International school leadership and teaching, she decided to lean into her top 5 talents (Individualisation, Connectedness, Restorative, Adaptability and Strategic) and start her own coaching business at A Coaching Culture. Her strengths-based approach, as a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, empowers ambitious leaders to achieve their goals. She leads training and workshops on coaching skills and well-being.
