Join us on March 8, 2024 to celebrate milestones and tackle hot issues in the road towards financial equity, in a world that still makes for an uneven playing field in business and society! Professional Women of Colour (ProWoc) and Professional Women Network (PWN) in Copenhagen are celebrating International Women's Day 2024 by inviting our networks to a ‘rich’ discussion on economic equitability and the gender pay gap.
We kick off with a keynote address from Claudia Bruyant Ndege, who holds the title of Partner at BCG Copenhagen, where she leads the Public Sector practice area and has recently assumed the role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) lead at BCG CPH. Claudia will address the topic of economic equitability, sharing some of the latest and newest research on inclusion and socioeconomics.
We are also thrilled to have Dr Poornima Luthra (Associate Professor, Copenhagen Business School), Pia Kirk (Diversity & Inclusion Master Expert, Nordea) and Haardip Bain (Corporate VP P&O Business Partnering and Head of P&O R&ED, Novo Nordisk) who will hold a robust discussion on the issue of the gender pay gap, both tapping into its complexity and celebrating good examples and cases.
Our rallying cry this year, ‘Count Her In’ is to celebrate our united desire for financial equity and representation!
The event will take place on International Women’s Day, Friday, 8th of March 2024
