During this transformative workshop, guided by Diane Fryman, you will explore the power of mindset and its influence on every aspect of your life.

The session will introduce five impactful habits grounded in positive psychology research, aimed at enhancing wellbeing both professionally and personally.

Through a compelling mix of real-life examples, engaging storytelling, and interactive live polling, you will be fully involved throughout the session. Reflection exercises will offer the opportunity to internalize the concepts and apply them to your own unique situation.
