PWN Geneva-Lausanne - Building bridges between generations

PWN Geneva-Lausanne and The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) are pleased to partner to deliver a unique workshop with international expert Claudia Vaccarone, and networking opportunities !    Claudia will illustrate how women and men can collaborate for an inclusive workplace.

For the first time four different generations are present in the workplace, each with its strengths and peculiarities, shaped by different epochs, societies and technologies. At the same time new levels of longevity are made possible, extending the careers and contribution of large cohorts of men and women.  This interactive workshop will explore:

• how generations are defined
• the ageist biases commonly held in the workplace
• the opportunities for intergenerational collaboration and mutual support
• the special role that women can play in this context

Register now and take advantage of our EARLY BIRD registration fee of CHF 25 for Members and CHF 45 for non-Members.  After 27th August the fee will increase to CHF 35 for Members and CHF 55 for non-Members.
