This reverse mentoring program will make the bridge between women who wants to get more “TIPS” on how they can use Social Networks on their professional Life and women who are fully “Digital Native” able to share expertise and TIPS.

This brand PWN reverse mentoring program falls into 3 main steps :

1   “Kick-off” – Info &Training workshop on Techniques and Tools to Optimize the Relationship of Mentee/Mentor, testimony on 2 corporate reverse mentoring programs and start of the mentoring relation

2  “Go around” – Start and live your relationship with your mentor

3  “Closing” – Let the pioneers talk … 

Attending the kick-off on Mai 2nd is compulsory to be part of the program : make sure the you will be available.
