The 2020 has been a sliding door for working life. Suddenly, the way we created and managed relationships changed and most of us were not prepared. In few months we have gone from face-to-face work to remote work and now to "hybrid work". Have leaders changed to adapt to a new way of working?

It may seem like a contradiction but, in a world where we interact more and more through the screen, we increasingly need a leadership that includes values and kindness.

During the webinar you will learn why kindness is so important and you will learn how to use some tools for your daily interactions.
